Ramona Taylor is a strategy consultant with expertise in Human Resources Strategic Planning Facilitation; Change Management Processes; and Executive Leadership. She has 10 years of experience as a consultant working with management teams to explore strategic issues and develop successful new initiatives. Ramona has worked within government agencies, educational institutions, service businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to her work in consulting, she had 14 years of experience in various industries working in human resources, accounts management, and administrative management roles.

Ramona has successfully taught Microsoft Office and other desktop software classes to businesses for 15 years. Ramona has not only taught in the structured classroom environment but also has experience in the business world as a consultant, solving “real world” business problems. Ramona created training materials for client’s proprietary software and then trained their trainers to teach new employees using the materials.

Her training experiences range from individuals to small companies to large, military installations and Fortune 500 Corporations. Ramona is an E-Learning specialist.

Ramona has also been an adjunct faculty member at Hampton University, College of Continuing Education, designing course content and teaching behavioral organization management, human resources management, business management strategy, and entrepreneurship to junior and senior level students. Her overall industry experience includes 20 years within state, local, and federal government agencies in Virginia and Georgia.

Ramona has a B.A. in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University and a MSMHR from Troy University. Other training includes Lean 6-Sigma, Executive Leadership Coaching and Training.
